Meet The Team *

The Girls Room Project is a space built for girls, teens, and the parents who love them.

A place to learn, ask questions, feel seen, and finally understand your body without shame or confusion.

We’re here to make period health, hormones, and advocacy simple, supportive, and real.

  • We believe girls deserve better.

    Better information.

    Better conversations.

    Better support.

Our approach is rooted in honesty, education, and confidence building. We speak in a language girls understand and parents appreciate. Everything we create is designed to empower girls to trust their bodies, ask for help early, and know they are never “too young” to learn about themselves.

Every resource is made with care, clinical accuracy, and the heart of big sisters who wish we had this growing up.

  • Integrity, creativity, and empathy shape the way we work. These aren't just words—they’re the foundation of everything we build.

    Education

We teach girls what schools don’t. From periods to pain to hormones to self-advocacy.

    Empowerment

We help girls use their voice, speak up for themselves, and walk into appointments prepared.

    Safety

We create a judgment-free space rooted in kindness, honesty, and support.

    Community

No girl should navigate her body alone. We connect families, girls, and trusted professionals.

    Realness

We keep it simple, relatable, and human. No shame. No confusion. No medical jargon.

  • The Girls Room Project was created by two women who grew up without real answers about their bodies.

We spent years wishing someone had explained periods, hormones, pain, and self-advocacy in a way that actually made sense. So we built the resource we needed.

Today, The Girls Room Project is a growing community with one mission: help the next generation understand their bodies earlier, advocate sooner, and avoid years of being dismissed.

    This isn’t just education. It’s prevention. It’s empowerment. It’s a movement.

Callie

Hey! I’m Callie — a certified life and wellness consultant and your built-in hype girl 🤍

Growing up as a girl can feel overwhelming. Between body changes, emotional ups and downs, friendships, confidence, and learning how to trust yourself, it’s a lot to navigate, especially when no one really explains what’s normal or how to cope.

That’s where I come in. I co-founded THE GIRLS ROOM PROJECT to help girls build self-awareness, confidence, and healthy habits while learning how to understand their bodies, manage emotions, and feel more in control of their lives. I focus on the how: practical tools, mindset support, and real-life guidance that actually help girls and their parents feel steady and supported.

My goal is for every girl to leave this space feeling more confident, more informed, and more connected to herself, like she has someone in her corner helping her figure things out, one step at a time.

Jaime

Hey! I’m Jaime — a registered nurse, mom, and your built-in big sister 🤍

I co-founded THE GIRLS ROOM PROJECT because growing up comes with so many questions — for girls and for the parents trying to guide them. I remember how confusing it felt to not understand my own body, and as a mom to a daughter, I know how important it is to make things feel less scary and more clear.

Growing up, my periods were painful and confusing, and I wish someone had told me that what I was feeling wasn’t normal. I didn’t have the language to describe my symptoms or advocate for myself with a doctor — and that gap shaped me. It’s a big part of why I built this space: so girls never have to question whether their pain is real, and so they have the words and confidence to speak up early.

This space was built to make things easier. Girls get a safe place to learn about their bodies, cycles, hormones, emotions, and confidence… and parents get peace of mind knowing the information is supportive, honest, and age-appropriate.

My goal is to help every girl feel seen, informed, and empowered — while giving families the kind of guidance I wish we all had growing up.
