The Girls Room Project x Three Women & Me

Two organizations, one long conversation about women's health that starts younger and doesn't stop.

Why This Partnership Matters

Most health education stops somewhere around middle school. The Girls Room Project exists because girls deserve real answers about their bodies long before that, and Three Women & Me exists because women are still fighting to get those same answers taken seriously well into adulthood. Put those two things side by side and the pattern is hard to miss: the questions don't go away, they just get harder to say out loud.

That's the gap this partnership is built to close. A girl who grows up knowing how to advocate for herself shouldn't have to relearn that skill at 35.

We partnered with Three Women & Me because Charles Mattocks and the team building this show are doing, for grown women, what we're trying to do for girls: taking conditions that get brushed off or misdiagnosed and giving them real research, real experts, and real airtime.

“The reality is that every one of us is fighting something, or will be at some point. For those of us on a health journey, we need to come together, support one another, and create something bigger than any one person or organization.”

About Three Women & Me

Three Women & Me is a health talk show and podcast built on the idea that healthcare, innovation, and real life are supposed to collide, not stay separate. Filmed in front of a live audience with new episodes every week, the show pairs medical experts with women's own stories to work through hormones, menopause, chronic pain, PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, and the health issues that usually get less airtime than they should.

It's led by Charles Mattocks alongside Dr. Cathleen Gerenger and Heather Reilly Hiemstra, and it's headed to Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Tubi, Roku, YouTube, and Spotify.

On the Show

About Ravoke

Ravoke is the wellness media platform behind a lot of this work, founded and led by Charles Mattocks. It covers health insights, longevity research, nutrition, and the places where technology and healthcare meet, all built around the idea that wellness content should be current, informed, and relatable instead of generic. It's a big part of why this partnership made sense to us. The same values driving Three Women & Me are running underneath Ravoke too.

We're proud to stand alongside a team fighting for the same honesty about women's health.
